The Ridgemont is a bit of an oddball bike that we think is both practical and enjoyable. When the bike path ends, the Ridgemont keeps going with 2.0" wide 27.5" tires and stable MX bars. The laidback and rugged steel frame makes the bike both comfortable and strong. The hills are tamed by 8 easy-to-use gears that you pick with just one click of your thumb. Not a "normal" around town bike, nor a hardcore mountain bike, the Ridgemont is a bike that is simply fun to ride where ever you end up.

The Ridgemont is a simple bike. That’s a good thing. You won’t find finicky technology that needs constant adjustment, or a saddle position based on aerodynamic studies. Instead, you will find a bike designed to “just go for a ride”. The Taj has always been about blending the tough and simple sensibilities of a BMX bike with a frame size that you can comfortably sit down and pedal. Fairdale Bikes has teamed up with legendary skate brand Toy Machine to offer this limited edition bike. Toy Machine Lookfar comes stock with Fairdale Adjust-A-Rack and Skaterack. The Lookfar makes cruising and commuting easy, one simple trigger shifter changes the gears up-or-down through all 8-speeds. The bike’s 42mm wide Continental tires feel fast on smooth ground while still confidently handling rough terrain. The Fairdale Weekender Nomad MX's nine-syllable name might not roll off the tongue, but it will roll over pretty much anything else with style. We based this bike loosely on some of our employee's custom builds. It has the massive range, and smooth shifting of the Weekender Nomad's SRAM Apex drivetrain mated to our MX handlebar's more upright riding position. The rugged Chromoly steel Weekender frame adapts to this fun-to-ride configuration happily and makes short or long rides a blast. Twenty years of riding and building our first Dirt Jumpers has inspired us to create a bike for the next generation of rippers. The Rampage's stiff, light frame gets up to speed fast.
