Cycling is a wonderful sport but to be a great cyclist you need more than cycling skills and power.
Our yoga is designed to gain flexibility, develop power and strengthen core support in specific areas of the body that will give cyclists the proper balance to go faster, ride longer and be more comfortable!

Indoor Spin Session at Cycletherapy
Winter 2016 – 2017
We are going to be back at it indoors at Cycletherapy starting in December 2016, and rolling all the way through February 2017! For those of you who have been out before, we welcome you back. And for those who have not given it a try please come to one or all the sessions. Each class starts with a gentle warm up, and progresses through a series of work and recovery blocks. These blocks are designed to prepare you for outside riding or racing once the weather breaks. Each week is slightly tougher than the last, but you can drop in at any time and get through just fine.
Dates: All classes are on Saturday – December 17th, December 24th, December 31st, January 7th, January 14th, January 21st, January 28th, February 4th, February 11th, February 18th & February 25th.
Time: the formal class starts @ 11:00, but show up early to claim a space, and to get a warmed up.
Length: The 1st class runs ~ 65 minutes long. Each class after will be slightly longer than the prior.
Bring: bike, indoor trainer, water, towel and anything else you feel you may need.
Cost: $10 per class or $100 for the season
